1. How do I buy web hosting?

We run a variety of servers on our network, all new sites are provisioned on a powerful clustered server environment providing 100% hardware redundancy, that is backed up daily. Our servers run Debian Linux, with PHP5, MySQL5 and the latest version of the Plesk control panel.

7. How quickly can I be online?

If you order during business hours your account will be online and ready to-go within minutes. Outside of business hours it will processed first thing the following business day.

8. I am new to hosting, can you help me?

Yes, our hosting makes it simple for people to get online with a user-friendly control panel and free phone or email support. We are experienced at helping users with a wide range of software and experience levels.

9. I am an experienced developer, can you help me with complex problems?

We are a Linux shop with many years experience working with and developing software. We do not offer a coding service (sorry we won't build your site for you) however if you have a technical issue that requires advanced support we are able to assist.

10. Are you authorized to sell .nz domain names?

Yes, our parent company is an authorized .nz registrar. We strictly adhere to the NZ SRS registry rules and best practices.

11. Do I own my domain name when I register with you?

Yes, all domains are registered in your name and can be transferred to other providers.
